About the Role:

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the business has the right talent, focused on the right priorities, at the right time. This position is responsible for providing administrative support in areas of employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support in employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and evaluation
  • Maintains documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications
  • Examines employee files to provide information for personnel actions
  • Supports the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Assists with data management and file maintenance of company and employee records
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Accounting/ Payroll Support Responsibilities:

  • Assists with payroll processing, vouchers, invoices, account statements, purchases, reports, and other records according to program standards
  • Reconciles monthly general ledger accounts
  • Reviews and files payroll related documentation
  • Provides internal and external audits and reviews as requested
  • Develops procedures in conjunction with leadership

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Two or more years in a Human Resources role
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
