Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support services for our branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the branch team, including billing, collections, and payroll.
  • Assist with paperwork for new employees, including onboarding and safety training.
  • Answer phones and screen/handle routine and non-critical items.
  • Compile and prepare reports for supervisor's use.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for field workers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-3 years of business or industry-related experience.
  • Experience with customer service, payroll, accounts payable, and billing.
  • Knowledge of construction or related administrative procedures and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
