Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator to support the HR department in multiple activities at our Irving, Texas plant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the further development of our OC strategy and provide HR support to the Irving plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Support plant safety initiatives to drive towards our goal of 0 injuries, attend required safety trainings, and conduct monthly standard housekeeping 5S audits.
  • HR Management: Maintain accurate employee records, process new hire files and I-9 documentation, create and administrate employee badges, and assist with employee random drug screening administrative process.
  • Employee Benefits: Assist in preparation and facilitation of open enrollment benefit processes and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Communicate plant staffing needs to recruiting agencies, schedule and coordinate on-site interviews, and assist in employee pre-hire and onboarding processes.
  • Kronos Hourly Payroll: Prepare weekly hourly employee payroll through Kronos system and communicate with supervisors on employee attendance and vacation usage.
  • Employee Engagement & Recognition: Support plant efforts to be a culture of appreciation, assist in administration and improvements of employee recognition systems, and participate in coordination of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Provide administrative support to the T&D team and engage in continuous improvement towards our strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of working HR experience, preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge or Experience, preferred.
  • Payroll system experience strongly preferred.
