Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are on the hunt for a dedicated HR Recruiter to be a part of our dynamic team, based in Seattle, Washington. The role involves executing tailored recruitment strategies, developing sustainable talent acquisition processes, and managing relationships with potential candidates. This position is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities
• Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for open positions
• Develop and implement a sustainable talent acquisition process and strategy
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience to determine the best fit for positions
• Conduct screening interviews over the phone and in-person
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the selection process
• Enhance the company’s reputation as an excellent workplace
• Generate monthly and annual hiring reports for senior management
• Utilize sourcing techniques and tools to attract candidates
• Leverage human resources information systems (HRIS), specifically Paylocity
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases to streamline recruitment processes
• Independently make decisions related to recruitment and placement.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Expertise in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Applicant Track System
• Familiarity with Careerbuilder and CRM platforms
• Experience with About Time software
• Ability to conduct Background Checks
• Strong understanding of Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in using Paylocity software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
