Compensation: $27-32/hr

Job Summary:
The Supply Chain HR Liaison will act as the bridge between the HR department and supply chain teams to ensure workforce management and compliance. This role is ideal for individuals with an understanding of HR practices and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing plans and support recruitment efforts for the supply chain department.

  • Oversee employee training programs and maintain training records.

  • Act as the first point of contact for supply chain employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with HR and supply chain leaders to manage workforce needs.

  • Monitor compliance with company and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably within a supply chain environment.

  • Knowledge of HR policies and supply chain operations.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.



Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
