Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Help with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
