Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team in Seattle, WA. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless recruiting process from start to finish. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to provide a positive and professional experience throughout the interview and hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple time zones.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and managing expectations.

  • Assist in drafting and posting job openings across various platforms (internal and external job boards, social media, etc.).

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to create interview guides and ensure consistency in the recruitment process.

  • Organize recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, and onsite visits.

  • Assist in onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and managing candidate correspondence.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the recruiting process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or HR role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.



Pay Details: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
