Recruiting Coordinator

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually (or $27 - $35 per hour)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team in Seattle, WA. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless recruiting process from start to finish. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to provide a positive and professional experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple time zones.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
Assist in drafting and posting job openings across various platforms (internal and external job boards, social media, etc.).
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to create interview guides and ensure consistency in the recruitment process.
Organize recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, and onsite visits.
Assist in onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and managing candidate correspondence.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the recruiting process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or HR role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
