LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled HR Assistant to provide administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong organizational skillset and attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Help with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
