Residential Manager

Location: Montgomery County, NY
Reports To: Assistant Director
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and transfer individuals, walking, climbing, bending and reaching.
Hours of Work: Full time- 40 hours per week. Work hours vary. Frequent evening hours required, 24 hour emergency coverage required. Spot checks conducted at various times, frequency, and shift to ensure unexpected visits. On call responsibilities.
Pay Range: The pay range is $24.75 to $39.76

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of home operations; ensure necessary supports are in place for all residents.
  2. Responsible for the supervision, collaboration, discipline, hiring, and termination of direct support personnel in the residence.
  3. Adhere to residential regulations, agency policies, procedures, training, and documentation requirements.
  4. Maintain financial compliance with staff schedules, overtime, and household expenditures.
  5. Ensure precise documentation and billing obligations are fulfilled.
  6. Schedule direct support staff and perform direct support tasks as necessary.
  7. Collaborate with families, advocates, or correspondents on behalf of individuals supported in the residence.
  8. Develop and implement management best practices that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  9. Assist with all other necessary duties as assigned.
