Community Living Coordinator

Position Overview:
This role focuses on delivering thorough case management services to individuals facing chronic homelessness. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to identify and overcome housing barriers, performing assessments, creating tailored housing strategies, and liaising with clinical personnel.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week
- Tuesday to Saturday, with shifts from 12pm to 8:30pm or 8am to 4:30pm
Required Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous. CPR certification is also preferred. BRC provides a supportive environment where employees can positively impact the lives of those experiencing homelessness, alongside opportunities for both personal and professional development.
