Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications — all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness.
  • Staff Supervision: Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness.
  • Medication Oversight: Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment.
  • Resident Care: Provide high-quality care to residents with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of caregivers to provide exceptional care and services to residents.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Must have an active NY LPN certification.
  • Experience: Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment.
  • Skills: Must be caring, reliable, and observant with an understanding of MAR's and doctors' orders.
  • Education: Must have a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
