Position Overview

Job Path is dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting them in making informed choices about their lives and fostering their participation in community life. Our mission is to support individuals in discovering their aspirations and navigating their unique paths, whether that involves securing employment, engaging in volunteer opportunities, establishing a residence, or integrating into the community.

We are currently in search of an innovative and adaptable professional to join our Supported Living Program as a Community Living Support Coordinator. This role encompasses a blend of direct support responsibilities alongside administrative and creative development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The Community Living Support Coordinator will:

  • Provide direct assistance to individuals enrolled in our Supported Living program, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Oversee and manage petty cash and personal allowance reconciliations.
  • Coordinate medication orders and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist participants in planning, setting goals, and fostering community engagement.
  • Act as an advocate for the needs of both participants and staff members.
  • Facilitate the creation of community development initiatives.
  • Serve as a temporary support during staff absences.
  • Engage in various administrative and program support tasks as required.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $40,600, classified as non-exempt. Benefits include:
