Community Living Support Coordinator

We are currently in search of an innovative and adaptable professional to join our Supported Living Program as a Community Living Support Coordinator. This role encompasses a blend of direct support responsibilities alongside administrative and creative development tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Community Living Support Coordinator will:
- Provide direct assistance to individuals enrolled in our Supported Living program, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Oversee and manage petty cash and personal allowance reconciliations.
- Coordinate medication orders and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist participants in planning, setting goals, and fostering community engagement.
- Act as an advocate for the needs of both participants and staff members.
- Facilitate the creation of community development initiatives.
- Serve as a temporary support during staff absences.
- Engage in various administrative and program support tasks as required.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of two years of experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
The annual salary for this position is $40,600, classified as non-exempt. Benefits include:
