Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner - Talent Acquisition

Clackamas Community College is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner - Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the College's strategic and operational objectives through effective talent acquisition and management.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing, recruitment strategies, and outreach programs to attract diverse, qualified candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to create job ads, announcements, and other recruitment materials, and ensure that all recruitment processes are fair, equitable, and in accordance with best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing, recruitment strategies, and outreach programs to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job ads, announcements, and other recruitment materials.
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes are fair, equitable, and in accordance with best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Administer the College's applicant tracking software and develop workforce measures, metrics, and reports.
  • Provide training and assistance for the online applicant tracking system for job applicants, employees, managers, and supervisors.
  • Participate in DEI workgroups and subcommittees focused on DEI in talent acquisition processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Three years' relevant work experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient using the NEOGOV HRIS Insight/OHC system to manage for recruitment and applicant tracking.
  • Experience with full life-cycle recruiting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively in developing, implementing, and automating recruitment processes and strategies.
