Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Director, Human Resources-Field. This role will drive results for all human resource efforts for assigned customers, partnering with employee relations, compensation, and other specialist functions to develop human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies to support business objectives
  • Partner with HR RVP/Lead Generalist to develop and execute compensation and benefits programs
  • Provide coaching and counseling to management and employees to enhance individual contributions
  • Manage and mentor less experienced generalists/HR Managers
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws that impact HR
  • Develop and administer Affirmative Action Programs
  • Track and assess employee relations activity and develop action plans as necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years related work experience, with experience in a generalist role
  • Broad knowledge of human resources including organization development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent acquisition
  • Experience with Workday, Microsoft tools, and other HRIS systems
