Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and other matters.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Assist in meeting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
  • Design and monitor comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage and enhance a performance evaluation system that encourages high performance.
  • Administer compensation structures and benefits programs.
