- Degree or (Degree in progress) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on culture, employee engagement, or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of principles and practices related to corporate culture, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective cultural initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships across the organization.
