Qualifications:
  • Degree or (Degree in progress) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on culture, employee engagement, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of principles and practices related to corporate culture, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective cultural initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
