Key Responsibilities
We are in search of a seasoned Human Resources Strategic Partner to become an integral part of our team. This pivotal HR position serves as a crucial liaison to senior leaders, managers, and frontline supervisors, necessitating outstanding collaboration abilities and a demonstrated capacity to cultivate robust, productive relationships throughout the organization. This role operates at both tactical and strategic levels, offering guidance, advice, and coaching on all aspects of human capital management.
- Utilize sound judgment and discretion to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and management.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and staff to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention rates.
- Ensure that the priorities and initiatives of the Human Resources function are centered around customer needs and aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the development, management, and enhancement of various training and development initiatives and other assigned programs.
- Guarantee that fundamental HR processes are operational and delivering effective and efficient services.
- Provide daily performance management support to leadership, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary guidance.
- Assist leaders at all levels in enhancing their leadership capabilities and effectiveness.
- Offer consultative support to management for the consistent and fair application of policies and procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality in all job-related activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; 7 years preferred, with at least 5 years in a Human Resources Strategic Partner capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, including compensation, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, change management, and organizational development.
- Ability to analyze complex data and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in resolving intricate employee relations issues and leading investigations.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
- A mature, collaborative, hands-on, and tactically focused professional.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple sensitive issues simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to cultivate a genuine HR Business Partner relationship.
