About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Gensler. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with our leadership and employees to drive business results and create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional HR directors and HR team members to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with HR Director, Regional Operating Officer, and leadership to design and implement compensation and reward programs.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Talent Development to roll out development and learning programs, including our annual PDP program.
  • Ensure compliance with all Gensler policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate global mobility of employees, including transfer, relocation, and visa processing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an architecture or professional services firm.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to establish collaborative working relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
  • Ability to persuade and influence leadership on people matters.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification or equivalent preferred.
