The Human Resources Partner will collaborate closely with the Senior HR Partner for Academic Affairs to ensure strategic and operational HR support across faculty and academic staff.
This position requires collaboration with various leaders and partners across the University and University of Maine System Office.
The Human Resources Partner will provide reliable direction and counsel on HR-related issues and/or services while ensuring consistency and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Aptitude to define problems, identify trends, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions as well as juggle and prioritize competing priorities will also be critical in this role.
This is a full-time position on our Portland Campus with an annual salary of up to $60,000.
