West Regional Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced West Regional Business Development Leader to join our team at Arora Engineers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the West Region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth and expansion in the West Region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients and partners.
- Lead the development of proposals and pitches to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional staff to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 12+ years of business development and marketing expertise, including 5 years of management experience.
- Experience in the A/E/C industry, with a focus on business development and growth.
- Strong knowledge of business development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
