Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement regional strategic plans, aligning with the Association's overall mission and goals.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to promote our mission and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a strong background in business development, fundraising, and team management.
  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, public health, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and related issues, as well as a deep understanding of the Association's mission and goals.

  • Competitive Salary: $270,000 - $320,000 per year.
