Job Summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations to lead our revenue cycle functions. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with a proven track record of success in managing revenue cycle operations, improving efficiency, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue cycle operations, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Lead a team of revenue cycle professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations, including billing, collections, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance patient experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payers, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth revenue cycle operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize revenue cycle operations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in improving revenue cycle operations, reducing costs, and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to improve revenue cycle operations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in revenue cycle operations.
