As the VP of Customer Success at Similarweb, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and leading a high-performing team to surpass our ambitious goals.

• Collaborating with both prospective and existing clients to comprehend their business aims and effectively convey the value of Similarweb's software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, services, and data solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who possesses:

• Experience in establishing and expanding customer success teams within a SaaS environment.

• Proven leadership of Customer Success Teams, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our solutions through success planning, quarterly business reviews, and usage monitoring to drive revenue retention.

• Background in digital marketing and/or consulting.

• Experience working with diverse multinational and global enterprise-level organizations.

• A history of collaboration with both new business and growth teams, understanding the lifecycle of SaaS customers and the essential roles required to support them.

• Experience leading teams of 40 or more individuals.

• A passion for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
