- 10+ years of job-related/industry experience in financial services, with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- Experience managing people across multiple jurisdictions and time zones, with a demonstrated ability to define and execute functional strategy using a data-driven, risk-based approach.
- Thorough understanding of billing and revenue recognition protocols for SaaS business, the financial close process, risk, controls, and audit.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills, with experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end and effectively interacting with executive and senior management.
