We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Professional Services Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and risk excellence across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Successful Outcomes: Collaborate with the Head of PS Operations to develop and implement strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency.
- Risk Excellence: Develop and execute business processes and controls to effectively manage business risks, including audit, regulatory, and business risk management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and track success metrics to reduce spend/leakage and generate efficiencies.
- Management Communications/Reporting: Optimize the use of Oracle NetSuite OpenAir, a professional services resource management application, including data & process design, controls, monitoring, and reporting.
- 10+ years of job-related/industry experience in financial services is required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience managing people across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute functional strategy using a data-driven, risk-based approach.
- Thorough understanding of billing and revenue recognition protocols for SaaS business, the financial close process, risk, controls, and audit.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic, structured thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Results-driven self-starter with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to navigate multiple competing priorities and timely escalate issues/risks.
- Demonstrated experience with relational databases, including Oracle and MS SQL.
- Proficiency in NetSuite OpenAir, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
