Job Overview

Medi Home Care, a division of Medical Services of America Inc., is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team at our Home Medical Equipment (HME) facility.

This role involves managing both written and verbal communications from clients and referral sources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking orders and ensuring accurate billing information is obtained.
  • Handling over-the-counter sales and maintaining inventory control.
  • Establishing and keeping comprehensive records of customer information.
  • Coordinating customer setup and delivery schedules.
  • Performing insurance verifications as needed.
  • Contacting referral sources to gather necessary information.
  • Maintaining a detailed log of referrals.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and the required auto-liability insurance are necessary.
