Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating patience and professionalism.
- Provide sales assistance by preparing necessary quotes and documentation promptly as requested by sales representatives or customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues proficiently.
- Ensure accurate order entry with meticulous attention to account specifics, including discounts, pricing, and freight charges.
- Maintain records and follow up on all orders, deliveries, quotes, and overdue accounts.
- Address customer complaints and deliver suitable solutions, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
- Process orders promptly and accurately, paying special attention to credit information.
- Inform customers about upcoming promotions and events via phone.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in administrative and documentation processes.
- Proficient in computer operations, particularly with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
