Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our exceptional customer service division in a full-time capacity. The Customer Service Representative will be tasked with delivering outstanding support to existing clients and potential customers, managing policy modification requests, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for additional sales.

Experience in the insurance sector is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer policy modification requests efficiently.
  • Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and up-selling, including financial products.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, encourage further sales, and resolve issues.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to insurance clients as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities, follow-through, and follow-up skills.
  • Exhibit confidence as a self-starter who can work independently.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively as a team player.
  • Possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
