The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our market locations under the guidance of the Managing Director. This position requires independence in organizing and managing a variety of administrative and client support tasks. Essential Proficiencies:

The Client Service Specialist must exhibit proficiency in several key areas:

  • Understanding of financial industry terminology and account types.
  • Data entry and management using Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign technologies.
  • Accurate data entry and account processing.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures, including FINRA guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and calendar management.
  • Client service and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess:

  • A high school diploma (required).
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
  • Series 65 certification (preferred).
  • Experience in the Financial Investment Advisory Services sector (preferred).
  • Skills in Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe (required).
  • Successful completion of standard background screening (required).
  • Previous experience with Schwab, Orion, Salesforce, and DocuSign is advantageous.

Compensation:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
