Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer policy modification requests.
- Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, solicit additional sales, and resolve issues.
- Provide ongoing assistance to insurance clients as necessary.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities, follow-through, and follow-up skills.
- Exhibit confidence as a self-starter who can work independently.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
