Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer requests for policy changes.
  • Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial services.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address questions, encourage additional sales, and resolve issues.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to insurance clients as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities, follow-through, and follow-up skills.
  • Exhibit confidence as a self-starter who can work independently.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
