Customer Support Specialist in Insurance

We are seeking a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our exceptional customer support team in a full-time capacity. The Customer Support Specialist will be tasked with delivering outstanding service to both existing clients and potential customers, managing policy modification requests, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
Experience in the insurance sector is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests for policy changes.
- Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial services.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address questions, encourage additional sales, and resolve issues.
- Provide ongoing assistance to insurance clients as necessary.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities, follow-through, and follow-up skills.
- Exhibit confidence as a self-starter who can work independently.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
