Client Support Specialist

Aramsco is a prominent solutions provider catering to specialty contractors throughout North America, addressing various sectors such as abatement, restoration, environmental services, emergency preparedness, stone care, cleaning, and surface preparation. With over 60 locations, we distribute products, equipment, and chemicals while offering additional value-added services, including equipment repair, rental, and educational resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring a professional and patient approach.
- Provide essential sales support by preparing necessary quotes and documentation promptly for both customers and sales representatives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting customer issues and inquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient order entry with attention to account specifics such as discounts, pricing, and freight charges.
- Maintain comprehensive records and follow up on all orders, deliveries, quotes, and outstanding accounts.
- Address customer complaints effectively, providing suitable solutions and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
- Notify customers of upcoming promotions and events through phone communication.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and ethics.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent in administrative tasks and documentation processes.
- Proficient in computer operations, particularly with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
