Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory. Your primary responsibility will be to sell T-Mobile's unparalleled product and service line to customers in underserved markets.

This is a true hunter role that requires persistence, outstanding sales skills, and the ability to work well in a dynamic environment. You will analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Your goal will be to tailor customer recommendations to negotiate and close business deals.
