Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development for Tradesmen International. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating new business leads and building strong client relationships.

About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a leading provider of skilled workforce solutions. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and prospects through cold calling, canvassing, and other means.
  • B build strong relationships with clients and communicate their needs to the Operations team.
  • Maintain and exceed sales goals set by the Company.
  • Attend trade-related association and networking events to promote Tradesmen International's services.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with clients after Field Employee dispatch to ensure satisfaction and quality control.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build strong customer relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
