Project Sales Representative
Company Overview:Mechanical Systems Company LLC is a fully licensed Mechanical and Plumbing contractor that focuses on working with commercial and industrial customers.
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled professional who can build strong relationships with property management teams, business owners, and decision-makers to drive business growth. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders to develop opportunities for future business.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with property management teams, business owners, and decision-makers to identify opportunities for future business.
- Utilize industry tools to assess the status of properties and identify potential customers for future opportunities.
- Develop strategies to nurture existing relationships and open doors for future business.
- Prior sales experience in a B2B setting is required.
- A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are necessary.
- The ability to pass drug and background screenings is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
- Knowledge of the HVAC & Plumbing industry is a plus.
- A competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission structure.
