Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Developer to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development in a fast-paced sales environment.
As a Sales Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, leads, and referrals resulting in new sales and clients monthly. You will develop a base of clients for reoccurring sales and initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.
You will close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts. Additionally, you will conduct a minimum of 20 hours in field prospecting and 250 marketing activities/calls each week.
Utilizing our customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information is crucial. Maintaining a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, Contractors, Co-Workers, and Supervisors is also essential.
