Multi-Family Sales Consultant Location:
Midland, TX to Odessa, TX
Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions

Opportunity to achieve a targeted compensation ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 at full attrition, featuring a base salary of $34,000. We provide a base salary complemented by a commission structure that empowers you to surpass your sales goals.

Work Environment:


This is an exciting opportunity to champion our multifamily sales initiatives within the Midland, TX and Odessa, TX regions.

The sales consultant will establish connections with community organizations, condominium associations, and property management entities of apartment complexes with 50+ units within our operational area.

This role may require fieldwork, with the flexibility to travel to the nearest office as necessary.
A Day in the Life of the Multi-Family Sales Consultant:
Develop individual sales through relationship cultivation and maintain a bi-weekly sales target.

Acquire new clients in a multifamily residential setting through professional, face-to-face engagement with residents, property management teams, and other referral sources.

Actively pursue any leads provided on a daily basis.
Comprehend every unique aspect of assigned properties within your portfolio.
Distribute marketing materials, implement strategic marketing initiatives, and enhance Astound brand visibility.
Oversee the onboarding process for new buildings to drive subscriptions and increase penetration. Update CRM with pertinent information daily.
Review and understand property contract terms, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
Identify customer needs and communicate effective solutions.
Plan and execute regular resident events at multifamily properties.
Attend mandatory sales meetings.
Accurately report sales metrics to management in a timely manner.
Stay informed about competitive activities in your market.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Enjoys outdoor work, as 90% of responsibilities are field-based.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, organizational, presentation, and persuasive skills.
Possess a positive, creative, and influential personality.
Must be a self-motivated individual comfortable working independently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Driven by sales quotas.
Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Base Salary:

The base salary range in Texas for this position is $34,000, with opportunities for bonuses, benefits, and commissions, if applicable.


Commissions at plan:
Uncapped commissions with targeted commissions at full attainment potentially exceeding $56,000 annually.
