Home Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Consultant to join our team at The Cavco Family of Companies. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
