KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Performance:

Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that aligns with their preferences and needs.


Stay informed about current promotions and pricing, maintaining visual merchandising standards.


Uphold high standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention, as directed by management.


Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, including monthly store layouts and maintenance.


Customer Service Excellence:

Exemplify and advocate for the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.


Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.


Facilitate a swift and efficient checkout process, staying updated on policies regarding payments, returns, and exchanges.


Encourage additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales, and enroll customers in loyalty programs.


Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.


Operational Support:

Assist in replenishment activities to ensure the store remains well-stocked and inviting.


Support visual merchandising initiatives, including floor sets and signage placement.


Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.


Team Collaboration and Development:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to adapt to technology used by the company
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Regular attendance is crucial to meet company objectives, with a flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Constant walking and standing throughout the shift
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing during shifts
