Multi-Family Sales Consultant Overview:

Work Environment:

This position focuses on our multi-family sales initiatives, targeting various markets. You will establish connections with community organizations, property management groups, and associations of residential buildings with 50+ units.

This role primarily involves fieldwork, with occasional visits to the nearest office as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Family Sales Consultant, your daily activities will include:

  1. Building and nurturing relationships to achieve individual sales goals.
  2. Acquiring new customers in a multi-family residential setting through direct, face-to-face engagement.
  3. Pursuing leads provided on a daily basis with enthusiasm.
  4. Understanding the unique characteristics of assigned properties.
  5. Distributing marketing materials and executing strategic campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  6. Managing the onboarding process for new buildings to drive subscriptions.
  7. Updating CRM systems with relevant information consistently.
  8. Reviewing property contracts to comprehend service levels and obligations.
  9. Identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  10. Planning and executing resident events at multi-family properties.
  11. Participating in mandatory sales meetings and accurately reporting sales statistics.
  12. Staying informed about competitive activities in your market.
