Ngage Live Chat is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Manager to enhance our Direct Leads Service (DLS).

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients for the Direct Leads Service (DLS), navigating organizational structures to find key decision-makers.
- Engage with prospective clients, build and maintain trust, and manage a robust portfolio.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and upsell features to meet client needs and facilitate new business closures.
- Understand and track performance metrics, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
