Job Title: Green Grass Corporate Sales Account Manager

At YETI, we're passionate about creating exceptional outdoor experiences for our customers. As a Green Grass Corporate Sales Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our retail and events partners in the golf industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Green Grass dealer accounts to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Support our team of outside sales reps with day-to-day account management needs, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with our merchandising and inventory management teams to optimize inventory turnover rates and ensure adequate supply levels across all accounts.
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts by expanding contacts and relationships.
  • Meet and exceed weekly call targets, documenting results within our CRM platform.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of inside or outside sales experience with a proven track record of success, ideally in a consumer products company.
  • Previous experience and general knowledge of the golf industry required.
  • Exceptional sales drive, combined with a desire to win, are essential for success.
  • Ability to navigate and map out corporate organizations to identify key decision makers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to uncover customer needs, articulate business value, present effective solutions, and close business.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM tools and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Position is located in Austin at our HQ off Southwest Parkway. Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week.
