Account Sales Manager Lead

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Sales Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing merchandising strategies, and developing our account managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop and implement merchandising plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to account managers to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales and merchandising experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing merchandising strategies
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
