Sales and Account Management Professional

Job Summary:
Sales and Account Management Professional needed to drive growth and exceed sales targets within a designated territory. This role involves implementing sales and marketing programs, establishing sales strategies, and securing new accounts through industry research, networking, and proactive prospecting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and customer retention initiatives to enhance overall sales performance and profitability.
- Generate a strategic sales call schedule and engage in face-to-face customer visits to identify opportunities and enhance sales revenue.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a pipeline of qualified, managed accounts to meet sales and margin plans.
- Focus on new account opportunities through effective cold call strategies and facilitate territory account growth.
Requirements:
- Typically requires 5-8 years of experience in a related field or MS/MA and 3-5 years of experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle for more than 50% of the average work week.
