Position Summary

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in achieving revenue targets by promoting training and professional development services through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve established monthly sales goals.
  • Engage in a high volume of daily outbound prospecting activities, including calls and emails.
  • Transform inbound inquiries into opportunities and sales, including upselling and expanding relationships within the organization.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with clients to ascertain their needs and budgetary constraints.
  • Work closely with clients to thoroughly understand their immediate and long-term training and professional development requirements through targeted questioning.
  • Maintain essential metrics and meet key performance indicators.
  • Evaluate, qualify, and nurture incoming leads.
  • Design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Request referrals from clients to other departments.
  • Utilize CRM and other company systems with utmost accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and pricing estimates.
  • Deliver presentations and briefings to clients as necessary.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Consideration may be given to candidates without prior sales experience.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and a driven attitude.
  • Possess self-awareness and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrate persistence in making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor.
