**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Center Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, coaching sales managers, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales managers to enhance their performance and sales skills.
  • Assist customers with electronic banking products and services enrollment, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through cross-selling and partner referrals.
  • Provide support to the teller line during peak times, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Manage the operational aspects of the banking center, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve deposit and loan exceptions in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales or management.
  • S.A.F.E Act registration and Notary Public designation required.

**Desired Qualifications:**

  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to cross-sell bank products.
  • Experience in consumer lending and sales management.
  • Supervisory experience in the banking industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
