We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team and drive business growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development specialists to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, industries, and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements

  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
