Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development specialists to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of 2-5 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
