We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Business Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while working remotely with our global team.
As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, conducting outbound calls for lead generation, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline customer service operations and enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and support via various communication channels.
- Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Schedule appointments and demos, and assist with client onboarding.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data from AI projects to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Final-year students or recent graduates in any discipline, particularly those interested in business, marketing, or data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and balance customer service with telemarketing responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with a willingness to learn new systems, including CRM software.
