Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- 7-9 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in Interventional Cardiology or EP
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
